75 years of service "To protect and Serve"

މިައަހަރަކީ މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޮލިސް ސާރވިސް އަށް 75 އަހަރު ފުރޭ އަހަރެވެ.ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގައި އެންމެ ފުރަތަމައަށް ފުލުހުން އުފެދުނީ 1932 ވަނަ އަހަރު ދިވެހި ރާއްޖޭގައި ފުރަތަމަ ފަހަރަށް ދުސްތޫރީ ވެރިކަމެއް ޤާއިމް ކުރެވުމާއި ގުޅިގެން ޤާނޫނު ހަދާ މަޖްލިސްގައި މާލޭގައި ފުލުހު މީހުން ތިބުމާއި، އެމީހންގެ ކަންތައްތައް ހުންނަންވީ ގޮތްތަކާއިމެދު ވާހަކަ ދެކެވި، އެއިރު ތަޚުތުގައި އިންނެވި މަހާރަދުން އައްސުލްތާން މުޙައްމަދު ޝަމްސުއްދީން އިސްކަންދަރު ކައްތިރި ބަވަނަ މަހާރަދުންގެ ހިރިޔާ ފާތުރާއަށް 1351 ޛުލްޤައިދާ 30 ދުވަހު ޤާނޫނު ހަދާ މަޖުލިސުން ހުށަހެޅުއްވި ޤާނޫނު 1933 މާރޗް 29 ( 02 ޛުލްޙިއްޖާ 1351 ހ. ) ގައި ދަސްދީޤު ކުރައްވާ ގެޒެޓް ކުރެއްވުމުން ނެވެ.

ފުލުހުން ވަކި މުއައްސަސާ އަކަށް ބަދަލުވުމާއި ގުޅިގެން ފުލުހުންގެ ޚިދުމަތް ޒަމާނާއި އެއްގޮތަށްބަދަލުވެ މިއަދު ދެމުން ގެންދަނީ ދުނިޔޭގެ އެހެން ޤަޢުމުތަކެކޭ އެއްފަދައިން ކޮމިއުނިޓީ އޮރިއެންޓެޑް ޕޮލިސިން" ގެ ޚިދުމަތެވެ.މިއަދު ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންގެ ތެރޭ އެފް.ބީ އައީ ގެ ގުރެޖުއޭޓުން އެބަ ތިއްބެވެ.ތަހުޤީގު ކުރުމުގައި ބޭނުން ކުރެވެނީ ޒަމާނީ ޑިޓެކްޓިވް ހުނަރު ތަކެވެ. ފޮރެންސިކް އެވިޑެންސް ހޯދުމުގއަިވެސް ދިވެހި ފުލުހުން ވަނީ ކުރިއަރާ ބޮޑެތި އުސްމިންތަކެއް ޙާޞިލްކޮށްފައެވެ.

" މާތްވެގެންވާ އިސްލާމްދީނާއި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤާނޫނު އަސާސީއާއި ޤާނޫނުތަކަށް ތެދުވެރިވެ، ޤާނޫނާއި ޤަވާއިދުތައް ތަންފީޒުކުރުމުގައި އަހުރެން ދެމިހުންނާނަން. ކޮންމެ ފަރުދަކާމެދުވެސް ހަމަހަމަކަމާ، ކުލުނާ އިޙްތިރާމާއެކު، މުޢާމަލާތުކުރާނަން.
ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ދުސްތޫރީ ވެރިކަމާއި، މީސްތަކުންގެ ފުރާނަޔާއި މުދަލާއި ގެދޮރު ޙިމާޔަތްކުރުމުގައި ކެތްތެރިކަމާއި، ހިއްވަރާއި، ޢަޒުމާއެކު ސާބިތުވެ ހުންނާނަން.
ޤާނޫނާ ޤަވާއިދާ ޚިލާފު ޢަމަލުތައް ކުރާފަރާތްތައް ހޯދައި، އެފަދަ އަމަލުތައް ހުއްޓުވަން ހިއްވަރާއެކު މަސައްކަތްކުރުމުގައި ފަސްނުޖެހި، އަހުރެން ދެމިހުންނާނަން.
ދިވެހި ފުލުހަކަށްވީތީ ފަޚުރުވެރިވެ، ފުލުހުންގެ މަސްޢޫލިއްޔަތުތަކާއި ވާޖިބުތައް އަދާކުރުމުގައި ޒިންމާދާާރުވެ، ކިޔަމަންތެރިކަމާއެކު އަހުރެން ޤައިމުވެ ދެމިހުންނާނަން.
އަހުރެމެންގެ ލޮބުވެތި ދިވެހި އުންމަތުގެ ކަރާމާތާއި، އަމަން އަމާންކަމާއި ސުލްޙަ މަސަލަސްކަން ދެމެހެއްޓުމުގައި މާތްﷲގެ ވާގިފުޅާއެކު، ތާއަބަދު އަހުރެމެން ދެމި ތިބޭނަން. "
ފުލުހުންގެ ޢަޒުމަކަށް ވީހިނދު ކޮންމެ ފުލުހަކީ ދިވެހި ފުލުހަކަށްވީތީ ފަޚުރުވެރިކަމާއި އެކު ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ޚިދުމަތްކުރާ ވަފާތެރި، ހިތްވަރުގަދަ ފުލުހެކެވެ.ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތުންނަށް ޓަކައި ޤުރުބާންވާން ތައްޔާރަށް ތިބި ދިވެ ދަރީންނެވެ.ދިވެހި މަންމަޔާއި ބައްޕައިންގެ ދެލޮލުގެ ކޮޔެވެ.އިޚުލާސްތެރިކަމާއި އެކު ދިވެހި ރައްަްޔިތުންގެ ދިފާޢުގައި މޭ ދިއްކޮއްލަން ޢަޒުމު ކަނޑަ އަޅައިގެންތިބި ފަހުލަވާނުންނެވެ.ކަންމިހެންހުރިއިރު ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންގެ މި ޚިދުމަތަށް 75 އަހަރފުރޭ މި ޝަރަފުވެރި އަހަރުގައި ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންނަށް ހިތުގެ އަޑިން ތަޢުރީފާއި ޝުކުރު ރައްދުކުރަމެވެ.ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންނަށް އަދަށްވުރެ ފެހި އުޖާލާ މާދަމާއަކަށް އެދި ދުޢާ ކުރަމެވެ. ފަޚުރުވެރި ދިވެހި ފުލުހުންގެ ޝަރަފްވެރި ޚިދުމަތަކީ ދިވެހި ދިދަ މިޖައްވުގައި ވިހުރޭހާއި ހިނދަކު ދިވެހިން އަގުވަޒަންކުރާނޭ ޚިދުމަތެކެވެ.
